Age 21+ Requirement

Da Vibe Hookah Lounge is a 21+ hookah lounge. Guests must present valid government-issued identification when requested. We may refuse entry or service if age cannot be verified or if identification appears invalid.

Hookah Lounge Rules

Guests agree to follow staff instructions, use hookah equipment responsibly, respect other guests, avoid damaging property, and comply with all Washington and Seattle rules related to smoking, safety, and public conduct. Outside tobacco, unsafe handling of coals, tampering with equipment, or disruptive behavior may result in removal.

Liability Waiver

Guests understand that hookah use involves tobacco or herbal products, heat, coals, smoke, and related risks. By entering the lounge or using our services, guests accept personal responsibility for their choices and agree that Da Vibe Hookah Lounge is not liable for misuse of products, failure to follow instructions, personal health reactions, lost items, or behavior by other guests except where prohibited by law.

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations, group packages, birthday specials, and private party bookings may require confirmation, deposits, minimum spend, or arrival windows. Cancellation policies vary by event size and date. Late arrivals may reduce reserved time or release seating during busy Seattle nightlife hours.

Code of Conduct

Da Vibe is built for respectful Belltown hookah, Downtown Seattle hookah, Capitol Hill hookah, South Lake Union hookah, and late night hookah Seattle guests. Harassment, threats, intoxicated disruption, discrimination, violence, theft, or unsafe conduct are not allowed. We may refuse service, cancel reservations, or remove guests to protect the lounge environment.
